About the Role

  • Are you a detail-oriented individual with strong data management and analytical skills? We’re seeking a Regional Finance Operations Executive to join our dynamic Finance Operations team! You’ll play a vital role in supporting business processes, ensuring accurate data management, and preparing timely reports to support informed decision-making.

Core Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to provide financial insights.
  • Manage and update company databases to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide operational support to stakeholders across the region, addressing their needs effectively.
  • Monitor ongoing operational projects and attend relevant meetings to stay informed.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to stakeholder inquiries via email and Microsoft Teams.
  • Ensure the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of all operational functions, upholding high standards for reporting, administration, and data management.
  • Access company systems to extract and analyse data for scheduled and ad-hoc reports, fulfilling operational needs.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Identify trends and proactively highlight potential issues to your line manager.
  • Complete all assigned reports on time to prevent backlog.
  • Provide backup support to colleagues within the team.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Regional Finance Operations Manager.
  • Be available to support stakeholders on public holidays when required.

What We Are Looking For In A Candidate

  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and interpretive).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and present large data sets with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to transform data into clear and concise reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Working knowledge of advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, vlookup, basic formulas).
  • A track record of achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive and resourceful with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Adaptable and able to manage changing priorities effectively.
  • Adherence to data privacy regulations (PDPA) and company policies (clean desk policy, attendance, punctuality).
