About the Role

We’re seeking a Client Account Manager to join our dynamic team! In this leadership role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a team of Client Account Executives (CAEs) and ensuring the successful execution of client campaigns. You’ll act as a key liaison between clients, sales teams, and senior management, driving strategic direction and maximising campaign effectiveness.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Client Account Executives, providing coaching and guidance to ensure their success.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for client accounts, identifying areas for improvement and driving campaign optimisation.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of target markets and competitor trends to optimise sales team performance and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with clients, sales managers, and the General Manager to review key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Participate in management strategy meetings, contributing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Establish and maintain clear operational guidelines for all aspects of client campaigns.
  • Oversee financial and compliance aspects of client accounts, ensuring adherence to legal and financial regulations.
  • Negotiate contracts and payment structures that are mutually beneficial for all stakeholders.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks to the General Manager to mitigate any negative impact on clients, the company, or the sales team.
  • Implement robust reporting systems to provide regular feedback, track campaign progress, and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Continuously improve the quality, functionality, and effectiveness of campaign reporting.

What We Are Looking For In A Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in client service and management roles.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic client campaigns.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to operational excellence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Determined and results-oriented with a willingness to take on challenges.
  • Innovative thinker and problem solver with a strategic mindset.
  • Confident and comfortable presenting ideas and recommendations to clients and senior management.
