About the Role

  • Launch your career in client management with SalesWorks! As a Client Account Executive, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Client Account Managers (CAMs) in building and maintaining strong client relationships. You’ll contribute to the success of our sales initiatives by providing administrative, analytical, and communication support.

Core Responsibilities

  • Partner with CAMs to develop and execute effective client strategies, fostering positive relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyse market trends and compile reports to identify growth opportunities and enhance campaign productivity.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams, including Operations and Customer Service, to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Maintain clear communication channels, producing marketing materials and disseminating operational guidelines.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing regular reports to keep clients and sales teams informed.
  • Assist with meeting arrangements, coordinating client and product training sessions.
  • Manage administrative tasks, ensuring high-quality and timely reporting on inventory, campaigns, and critical numbers.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives to contribute to team learning and development.
  • Support the CAM with ad-hoc projects as needed.

What We Are Looking For In A Candidate

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field (experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Possess a “can-do” attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
